Step-2: Print Challan Form

After Submit Application Registration form take printout of Challan & keep it for future communication.it is neccessary for Fee deposit.

Step-3: Deposite Fee in Bank

Step-4: Upload your Photo and Signature

Before proceeding for Step-4 or online payment please keep the following ready:
1. Softcopy of your Black & White Photograph (3.5cm X 4.5cm) in JPG Format(less than 15 KB size)
2. Scanned Signature (3.5cm X 1.5cm) in JPG (less than 15 KB size)

Step-5:Print your Application

After compleation of above process take printout of confirmation page.
